This is an opportunity for you to tell us about yourself. By filling out this application, you provide us with information we need to make our final selection. We recognize that there is more to you than the information requested on this application. For those of you who meet the requirements, an interview will be scheduled in which you will be able to more fully express yourself.

You can add additional pages for certain sections as are necessary, but it is not required. The deadline for applying is January 1st, and all applications must be received by this date. Any applications received after this date, will not be considered for this years scholarship award.

It is important that you mail all parts of the application together in one package (application, references, transcript, and essay). For each of the references, we ask that you sign your name across the sealed/closed flap of each envelope. We will not be able to accept incomplete applications.

Finalists will be contacted to schedule an interview. The scholarship will be applied towards your next semester’s tuition.
